Job Description:
In this role, you will design user-centric advertising solutions and tools that empower sellers and brands to maximize their impact on our platform. Your designs will enhance user experience, ensure product usability, and align with Digikala’s business goals. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advertising at VatanZarin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, functional, and visually appealing interfaces for Ad Services products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and validate design solutions.
- Translate complex workflows and data into clean, understandable design solutions for advertisers, sellers, and internal teams.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand business goals and technical constraints.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability across products.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct A/B testing and other UX experiments to evaluate design performance and iterate on improvements.
- Contribute to and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all Ad Services products.
- Advocate for best practices in visual design, interaction, and accessibility.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance metrics to inform design decisions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Requirments:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, preferably in ad tech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data analysis.
A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving abilities.
